Nieuw Land National Park is an excellent region for long walks. You’ll be surprised to discover landscapes that are not typically Dutch. Keep looking up to spot the huge variety of birds, perhaps even a white-tailed eagle. There are challenging routes via rough grassy paths to adventurous walking routes over paved paths.
